Village Structure

Each village needs to nominate

• a village coordinator,
• KP (Kitchen person, Keeper of the Provinder),
• Folk Marshall,
• KG (site services or Keeper of the Garbage).
• Village Treasurer - somebody within the village to be responsible for collecting together the funds that are to be used in the village.

Village Funds

For each person, £19.50 should be paid for the site fees.  It is to be decided if this should be handled directly between the village treasurer and the site owners.
For each person £10.00 should be paid centrally for central activities contribution.
The rest of the funds stay within the village.
