Pre-camp
Representatives came together in May for a good discussion on how we can all have
fun together. I won't repeat the discussions here, but will just list the
key points that were agreed.
- Arrivals need to be staggered so that we keep everybody safe from all the lorries
and coaches. Please liaise with Paul to coordinate times.
- Lorries and Coaches have to stick to the road and cannot travel on the grass.
So you need to work out how you will get your stuff to your camping point - you
cannot rely on driving it there. bring trollies and carts.
- Village allocations are in the newsletter.
- Coming the Friday night to set up will cost an extra £3.50 per person.
- Toilets - there are not enough fixed toilets for all so bring your own chemical
loos.
- Pond - is absolutely out of bounds.
- Folk Supply - please pre-order - let Paul know if you want anything other than hoodies.
- Camp t-shirts will be available.
- No traffic movement between 11pm - 7pm
- No vehicles to be kept in the field
- 10.30pm is quiet time, Silence after midnight
- Back to village times are: Elfins = 8.30pm, Pioneers = 9.30pm, Venturers = 10.30pm
