KP Information

Negotiations have been carried out with both Essential Trading and Locks Heath Coop to supply and deliver the food for camp. 

Each KP is responsible for getting their order to me on time and will be responsible for the payment of their order.  There is no central bank account and the contract will be between you and the supplier. 

I will need personal details from you to ensure I know who has ordered what.  I will only keep these personal details until after the camp when I shall delete them.

Food orders need to be submitted through this website or through a spreadsheet sent to me - no other format is acceptable.  This website will create a spreadsheet automatically.  If you already have your own spreadsheet, please email this to me by the deadline date showing clearly your details as described in the next few pages.

About the suppliers 

Essential Trading are a Vegetarian bulk wholefood cooperative.  They have agreed to deliver to the camp site the Thursday before the camp - 12th August.  Arrangements have been made for somebody to be there to receive it.  Whilst you as KP do not need to be there on the Thursday, if you do order any bulk foods, I will need your personal contact details so that you can pay them once the order has been delivered.  More details can be found on the Essential page.

Locks Heath Coop is the nearest biggest Coop store that can cope with our needs.  They need the order by the 20th July so that they can ensure that they are able to order everything we need.  They will deliver to the site and the days and times are in the Important Dates on the left hand side of this page.  PLEASE NOTE there is no delivery on the Sunday.  More details about how it will work can be found on the Coop page.
